This unique butter crock / keeper has a water etched and hand carved design inspired by the beautiful hawksbill and leatherback sea turtles. The two part piece contains a total of eight (8) hand carved turtles, four on the outer vessel, three on the inner vessel, and one on the lid. Glazed to represent their movement in water, each carving is highlighted with a turquoise glaze covered in a combination of blue celadon glazes.

Outer vessel measures 4” in diameter x 2.75” high.

Inner vessel measures 3” diameter x 2.25” high, with the lid / serving bottom measuring 4.25” in diameter.

Overall measurement 4.25” diameter x 2.5” high
