Shipping Methods

Each order is hand packed with care to ensure your new artwork arrives safely. I ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS depending on best delivery cost availability for your area. Shipping is calculated by weight, size, and destination. Any overages calculated versus actual shipping rates are refunded, processed on the day of shipment.

As with all things in life, accidents can happen. Please inspect your package well upon receipt to note any damage that may have occurred during shipment.

Returns & Exchanges

Please inspect your package well upon receipt to note any damage that may have occurred during shipment. If damage is found, please photograph the damage (cell phone pictures are good!) and contact me with the details and images. Each piece is individually hand built so if I do not have a similar item in stock, replacements may take up to 6 weeks.

As each piece is hand crafted certain variations are to be expected and celebrated! Outside of damage, all sales are final. If you are not satisfied with your original piece, please contact me so that we may discuss possible exchange options.
